Mark Podolsky (AKA the Land Geek) is real estate investor and coach who specializes in buying and selling raw, undeveloped land within the US. Mark has actively invested in real estate since 2001 and has completed over 5,000 transactions. Mark also has a SaaS business and is the host of multiple podcasts, including The Art of Passive Income and the Land Geek Podcast. Most importantly he is a husband and father of three kids.
